January 6th, Sunday: 7:30 AM UMM Prayer Breakfast
United Methodist Men: This group works in the community by carrying out compassionate acts of service and ministry, as well as offering a setting for spiritual growth and fellowship. The UMM of Providence have two B-B-Q pork/chicken meals which they use as fund raisers for their missional outreach projects. The UMM also host our Annual Fat Tuesday Pancake Supper.
The UMM recently completed their 3rd Annual Fishing Trip to the NC Coast. (You’ll notice we call it “fishing” and not “catching”). These trips have been a great time of fellowship along with plenty of good food cooked up by our “camp cook,” Jack Lowman. See pictures below.
